The Rene collection is whimsical and sculptural; with a wink to surrealist artist Magritte. Designed by acclaimed design Jean François D’or, Rene is finely crafted and honed, timeless and modern. Carrying Dor’s modern aesthetic, the line reflects his utilitarian vision while also conveying a discrete sense of poetry. Dor sets out to enrich our environment by designing simple and thoughtful pieces that reflect the beauty in everyday moments, finding clarity in existing objects.
The Rene line was inspired by the designer’s tobacco pipe, and the Rene door knob’s slim ovalesque bowl is a perfect nod to the clever muse. Elegantly shaped and ergonomic perfection. With subtle lines reminiscent of 1920s designs, Rene will elevate whatever room it is placed.

NOTE: European roses are smaller than standard North American models. Please ensure all dimensions are carefully reviewed as these may not fit existing or pre-bored door holes.
